Referral policy

If you know a fire, security or electrical business that would benefit from Vero, you can refer them to us. If they become a customer, we will reward you. These are the full terms.

Who can refer #

The scheme is open to existing Vero customers and approved partners based in the UK. Sentinel Vero and Calon AI Solutions staff and their immediate families cannot take part.

How to refer #

Send the business name, a contact name and their email or phone number to hello@sentinelvero.com. Please make sure the contact is happy for you to pass on their details.

What counts as a qualifying referral #

A referral qualifies when all of these are true:

• The business is not already a Vero customer, and has not been in discussion with us in the 6 months before your referral
• You are the first person to refer that business
• The business signs a Vero subscription within 90 days of your referral
• The business pays its first 3 monthly invoices in full

The reward #

For each qualifying referral, you will receive £250.

There is no limit on the number of qualifying referrals you can make.

When rewards are paid #

We will confirm your reward in writing within 14 days of the referral qualifying, and pay or apply it within 30 days of that confirmation.

Cash rewards are paid by bank transfer. We will ask for the details we need to pay you at that point.

Tax #

You are responsible for any tax due on your reward. If you are a business, we may ask you to send an invoice.

Rules on fairness #

To keep the scheme fair and within the law:

• You cannot refer your own business, or a business you own or control
• If you work for the business you are referring, you must tell your employer about the reward and have their approval before accepting it
• We will not pay a reward where doing so could breach the Bribery Act 2010 or the rules of a public sector buyer
• We may refuse a reward if we reasonably believe a referral is not genuine

Changes to the scheme #

We may change or end the scheme at any time by updating this page. Any referral you have already made before a change will be treated under the terms that applied when you made it.

Your data and theirs #

We use the details you give us only to run the scheme and to contact the business you referred. See our Privacy policy.

Governing law #

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
